Print error 900.43 service

I have to admit I was a little scared when the error message included the phrase "RIP software," but I thought I'd search the internet anyway to see if someone offered a solution to the problem.

Fortunately, they did: reboot with the network cable out.

I unplugged the ethernet cable and then turned off the computer. I restarted the computer after waiting 30 seconds and plugged the ethernet cable back in when necessary. (i.e. When a I got a network error? or failure to connect to the network? I didn't write it down, so I don't remember exactly.)

All of the print jobs in the queue were gone, and it seemed to take a little longer than normal for the student's newly sent job to arrive at the printer, but once it did, it printed just fine.

fyi The error occurred on a long JSTOR article. When she resent it, I instructed her to print as image.
