This is just a reminder to fill out the green slips when you are at the reference desk and whenever a patron needs something from the locked cases on the second floor, such as Mortarboards in the locked cases on the 2nd floor, rare books in 201 (this is a bit rare), Overbury books, Gabriela Mistral books and other materials that might fall in this category.

Addenda from Jenna:

• Fill out the same form for paged zines.
• All of the forms say Overbury, but you can use them for any special collection

We have three of these available at the reference desk at the moment, there are two cartons of them in room 207.

It is also shelved in Barnard Reference and possibly Butler.

As our stock holds up, librarians should feel free to give a copy of the catalog to anyone who asks and even some who don't.
