or the EDS phone number 46012. This contact information is listed on the EDS hours page. The phone is answered whenever EDS is open and the mailbox is monitored throughout the day. Referrals to our (Jeremiah's and my) personal email addresses or our office numbers will most often delay.
We have seen two instances where courses have disappeared from a Barnard student's list of courses inside CourseWorks. I believe this was due to a timing issue with the data feed sent by Barnard to Columbia. All should be solved overnight.
If you learn of new problems like this, please ask the student to send an email to HELP with the details. The email must be sent from the student's Barnard email account.
