reminder to fill out paging slips

This is just a reminder to fill out the green slips when you are at the reference desk and whenever a patron needs something from the locked cases on the second floor, such as Mortarboards in the locked cases on the 2nd floor, rare books in 201 (this is a bit rare), Overbury books, Gabriela Mistral books and other materials that might fall in this category.

- All of the forms say Overbury, but you can use them for any special collection

There is a new Word folder in the H drive which replaces the "older" Overbury folder. This new folder is titled "Special Collections & Overbury" and has information about the Overbury Collection as well as other Special Collections at the BC Library. The new master for making the usage forms(green slips) is also included.
