printer fixed
As some of you may know, pages printed from the reference desk computer (local, not remote) from Firefox were coming out blank. Not anymore.
The problem had to do with custom settings that got messed up in print preview. Documents are now set to print at 100%. Should you ever need to change the setting to print something, please remember to restore the original setting when you're through.
