Columbia Commencement
Just a reminder that Butler Library will be closed on Commencement Day, May 16th, until 1:00.pm. You may, however, access the building between 7:00am and 8:00am that day. I you wish to access the building between 7:00 am. and 8:00 am your Director should notify Access Services by contacting Bill Sees by email (ws2154@columbia.edu) before Wednesday, May 9th at 5pm. Bill will provide a list of staff to be admitted before 8:00 a.m. to Security. Only staff on that list will be admitted to Butler before 8:00 am. No one may enter or leave Butler between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm.
