The new system offers users different ways of finding reserves lists:
- My Course Reserves lists: Students login and see a list of their own courses.
- Browse all reserves lists (current term only): Patrons with UNIs can browse and view all current lists.
- Reserves List Search Form (library staff only): Staff can search for any list, current or old, using the section key.
The more streamlined lists include enhancements such as:
- Author field: The default arrangement for viewing a reserves list is now by author’s last name
- Sorting: Sort on any field by clicking on a column name, for example author, title, or link/call number
Course Reserves can be accessed from the same points as before:
- CLIO - Use Course Reserves tab
- Library homepage - Use pull-down menu for Catalogs
- CourseWorks - Use Libr. Reserves button from the sidebar on a Professor's CourseWorks page.
There is also a new feature in CourseWorks: My Reserves which links to the new reserves interface directly from the My Courses page.
