AT Help Desk
Please note that from Tuesday, January 10th, through Thursday, January 12th, Help Desk staff will be involved in an intensive training session with our student employees. During these 3 days, the Help Desk (x4-7172) will have minimal coverage for "over the phone" support and limited onsite assistance.
If you have a serious computer problem while we are running the training program, please send an email to help@barnard.edu. Staff members will check this account frequently during the day.
