reference desk printer

Hello Friends in AT,
The printer connected to the reference desk doesn't want to do its
job. The green light keeps flashing despite my attempts to clear its
mind. I've turned it off, unplugged it from the network, unplugged
the power, and deleted all jobs. It's time for more expert
assistance.
Can you help?

I believe the printer is acting up because I replaced the current
cartridge with a color cartridge for one printing job. According to Lois,
this particular printer is particularly fond of Darin. Maybe somebody else
from the help desk can help this time!
