Library Services July 16-22 during CLIO upgrade
Some Library services will be unavailable from 9 pm on Saturday, July 16th,
through Friday, July 22nd.
The cataloging, circulation, and acquisitions modules will not be available
during this time.
The OPAC will continue to be available. Patrons will be able to:

There will be a link from the "Place Requests" button in CLIO telling
patrons which services are available, and encouraging them to use Borrow
Direct for anything that cannot be requested. There is also an LWeb
spotlight giving general information about services during this week.
If patrons have a special request or questions about any of the services
that will not be available during this time, please contact the circulation
desk at the library where the relevant materials are located.
Visitors to the Columbia University Libraries should direct questions about
access and library privileges during this week to the Library Information
Office, 212-854-7309.

- Search CLIO
- Check-out books and other library materials, including reserves materials (we'll be using manual circulation)
- Return library materials (they may want to request a receipt)
- Request items from Offsite
- Request books from Borrow Direct
- Request materials from Inter-library Loan
- Request a staff search
Patrons will NOT be able to:
- Check their library account on CLIO
- Renew library materials (only reserves material will be due this week)
- Place recalls or holds
- Use the Bookbag or Saved Search features
- Request materials via the Health Sciences/Morningside Delivery Service
- Request in-process or ordered materials
- Pay fines or other fees for lost or overdue items
- See up-to-date circulation information in CLIO
