E-Resources News: Encyclopedia of Library and Information Science (ELIS)

The second edition of the ELIS covers numerous new topics as well as updates of critical articles from the first edition, including competitive intelligence, decision support systems, digital library projects, electronic records preservation, ethical issues in information, online library instruction, software reliability, the user-centered revolution, and more.
