CU Libraries in case of University closing

If the University does announce a closing, all libraries will be closed, with the exception of Butler Library which will operate only as a study hall, with Security Guards on duty at the entrance. There will be no library services and Butler Library staff would not be expected to come to work.

If the University remains open our policy is to keep the libraries open and staff should expect to report to work. In those rare circumstances where a Director makes a decision to close a library or open late, staff will be notified by a supervisor.
