Reference Statistics Application
I'm very excited that we'll be using the Zoho application to collect our reference statistics beginning this weekend. Again, I've created bookmarklet shortcuts on the browsers at the desk, however if you're remoting here is the direct link to the application. (The sign in information is at the desk and in the email I sent out).
Simply sign in and select the day, date, time, patron location, and question type for each question that comes in, and that's it! (You can also click around the reports on the left sidebar to see the questions which have come in already. And to get back to the stats form just select the top link: "Daily Reference Stats"). If you have any questions at all or want a quick run-through just come see me and I'd be happy to walk you through it.

Columbia Reference Symposium
REFERENCE SYMPOSIUM: FRIDAY MARCH 13, 2009
The 7th Annual Reference Symposium, "The Making of a Reference Librarian" was held on Friday March 13. Thanks to colleagues who helped the reference librarians by taking additional reference hours. Many of the papers and presentations are available on the symposium's website with more to come this week.
