CLIO downtime this weekend

The computer hardware that CLIO runs on is being upgraded this weekend. The work will begin tonight at 9 pm after library service desks close. During the down time the following service conditions will be in effect:
The computer hardware that CLIO runs on is being upgraded this weekend. The work will begin tonight at 9 pm after library service desks close. During the down time the following service conditions will be in effect:
- OPAC will be in read only mode. Users will not be able to log in so "My Library Account" features, holds and recalls, and some other requests requiring login will be unavailable.
- Circulation will need to switch to off-line mode.
- Acquisitions and cataloging will be unavailable.

superseded serials
This is a reminder (since I myself keep forgetting) to give superseded serials (I'm primarily talking reference books here.) to Jun or Michael to withdraw. Do not put them on the general withdraw shelves.

CU Libraries - Midterm Blackout Period

The midterm blackout period this semester begins on Monday, October 6 and ends on Saturday, October 18.The Butler hours page reflects this policy.
During this period Metro referrals will not be accepted, and reader cards will not be issued to non-Shares students and faculty. Exceptions will be made for students and faculty from universities outside the United States.
Visitors using the various rare book and special collections will be issued reader cards, and will not be affected by this policy.
